The Midlife Sessions

A monthly learning series for the midlife, perimenopausal and menopausal years.

Built to help you understand your body and navigate with confidence.

Nine live online sessions, one hour each, once a month. With a recording so you can rewatch whenever you need.

Wednesdays, 12:00 - 1:00pm PT. Starting in October

From what is happening now through to protecting your heart, bones, and brain for the years ahead. Each one brings the science, what plays out with real patients, and the steps you can take.

Something changed, and you know it. The sleep, the weight, the mood, the way your brain works at three in the afternoon. And somewhere along the way you were told your labs are normal, or offered an antidepressant, or told this is simply your age, and none of that matched what you were living.

So you started looking it up yourself, and that became its own problem. One account says hormone therapy is dangerous, the next says it is the answer to everything, and a third tells you it all comes down to your cortisol. Everybody sounds certain, and plenty of them are selling something. You still cannot tell what is normal, what is hormonal, and what is worth worrying about.

So the reading goes on at 2am, and you come away more confused than when you started.

What you have been missing is one trustworthy place to get the whole picture.

That is what The Midlife Sessions is.

Hi, I’m Dr. Brittany Schamerhorn!

I'm a naturopathic physician and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, with a clinical focus on perimenopause, menopause and midlife metabolic health. Alongside my practice, I teach this material to clinicians across North America.

The Midlife Sessions is that same material, without the appointment. What you understand about your own body should not depend on finding the right doctor, affording the visit, and waiting for the opening.

I built it because the same conversation kept repeating. A woman would arrive having read everything and still have no idea what applied to her. Overwhelmed, tired, not feeling like herself, and worried about losing herself through midlife.

What I want for you is what I want for every woman I sit with. To have somewhere trustworthy to take your questions, to understand your options, to feel steady about what happens next, and to come through midlife feeling really good.

I can’t wait to see you there!
