hi, i’m Dr. Brittany!

I’m a mom, coffee lover (no, you don’t have to give yours up for better sleep!), an avid book reader, and a women’s health-focused naturopathic doctor.

Sleep has not always come easy to me. I just assumed that after my daughter started sleeping through the night, so would I. I was already struggling with the sleep deprivation of newborn life and feeling so burnt out and exhausted. I could not keep going the way I was! So I decided to focus on and prioritize my sleep. For something so passive, it can actually take a decent amount of work! But, it worked! I was able to fall asleep easily, and stay asleep! (And now that work is available to you in this easy and accessible course!)

I started to see this massive shift in myself. I could do things again, my mood and energy improved and most importantly I felt like myself again!
