WOMEN’S HEALTH

The priorities in a woman’s health change with the seasons of her life. With hormones that are always fluctuating and changing a woman’s care needs to be individualized, thorough and specific to her current phase of life.

Many of the health concerns of women have become so common that they are thought of as normal. This is not the case, and I will continue to advocate for women’s health until this thought pattern is shifted.

You should not experience debilitating cramps each month
You should not have a period so heavy you are changing your life plans around it
There should not have regular symptoms that appear around your period - such as headaches, mood changes, acne, etc.

Basically - You should not feel a victim to your hormones.

Personally, I suffered for years from painful and debilitating cramps and was given very limited treatment options. It was not until much later where I was properly informed, educated and given alternative treatment options that would eventually help me. I want to offer you the care and information that I wish I had much earlier.

My goal is to help you understand why you are struggling and how we can use naturopathic medicine to support you. With a comprehensive history and proper investigation, we work to identify the root cause of your concerns. Then by using informed and individualized care plans consisting of nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle guidance (and pharmaceuticals when necessary) we work together to reduce or eliminate bothersome symptoms.
