hi, i’m Dr. Brittany!

I’m a mom, coffee lover (no, you don’t have to give yours up for better sleep!), an avid book reader, and a women’s health-focused naturopathic doctor.

Sleep has not always come easy to me. I just assumed that after my daughter started sleeping through the night, so would I. I was already struggling with the sleep deprivation of newborn life and feeling so burnt out and exhausted. I could not keep going the way I was! So I decided to focus on and prioritize my sleep. For something so passive, it can actually take a decent amount of work! But, it worked! I was able to fall asleep easily, and stay asleep! (And now that work is available to you in this easy and accessible course!)

I started to see this massive shift in myself. I could do things again, my mood and energy improved and most importantly I felt like myself again! Through this, I was reaffirmed with how important consistent restful sleep is, through all phases of life! And I want you to be able to experience reliable restful and restorative sleep!

  • The content is delivered through weekly group virtual sessions.

    You be given access to summaries of each module and additional related resources throughout the program.

  • Ideally, you are able to attend each weekly session. However, I understand that it may not be possible. If you cannot attend a session a summary video with all the key facts will be made available to you after the call, in addition to the resources from the week. You will have the ability to ask questions throughout the program.

  • This program can still help you! This program is based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-i), the gold standard for treating sleep issues. CBT-i has been clinically proven to improve sleep quality and quantity, regardless of the underlying reason.

  • This program is entirely based on the strategies and processes you can implement without having to change your supplement or medication regime. Individual medical advice is not provided and you are encouraged to speak to your healthcare provider when making any changes to your supplements or medications.

  • You will get access to the foundation’s section prior to the first week. Resources for each additional week is given out in the appropriate week.
